Due to the perishable nature of food products, Kaju Middle East follows a strict but fair return policy.

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for food items once delivered.

  • Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product delivered

Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
